Cat Merge tips
General habits that work on any day. Nothing here describes a particular day's cats.
Keep big cats together
Park bigger cats along one side or the bottom. Matching cats need to touch to merge, so a scattered pile wastes space.
Chain your merges
Merges within about a second of each other build a combo. Drop where one merge will push into the next.
Save the power-ups
You get two of each per run. Keep a Swat or Shake for when a cat sits near the line.
Swap the awkward one
If the cat you are holding has nowhere useful to go, Swap trades it for a different cat.
Mind the line
A cat only ends the run if it rests above the dashed line for two seconds. A quick merge can save it.
Practise first
Practice runs do not count, and R restarts them. Use one to learn how the cats roll before your daily run.
