Privacy policy

Draft for the prelaunch site. Last updated 14 October 2026. Pending legal review. This page is live so the 13+ gate and the waitlist can share one set of rules.

Who we are

Barumba is a free daily arcade: four short games, one shared seed, weekly leagues, and virtual coins with no cash value. The site is 13+.

What we collect now

Email capture is off. We do not store waitlist addresses, and we do not send mail of any kind. First-party page logs may include a path, a time, and a coarse user-agent for keeping the site up. No third-party trackers ship on this site.

What we will collect if the list opens

If capture is switched on after review, a signup will store only: the email, a 13+ attestation, a privacy-consent flag, an optional favourite-game chip, and a timestamp. Those records stay on our server (Postgres, or a file on a Railway volume). We will not sell or share the list. We will not send a confirmation mail or any other mail from this product until a later, separate decision.

Age

The waitlist and the games are 13+. We do not ask for a birthdate. The gate is a checkbox: “I'm 13 or older.”

Coins

Coins are virtual. They have no cash value. They are not prizes-for-money.
